Brand new central air-conditioning was installed in 2021 for your comfort on those hot summer days on the mountain, which happen more than you think. Easily controlled by a Nest Smart Thermostat, along with central heating, the Modern Mountain Getaway is perfect all year round!
Head to the game room in the converted garage for friendly group competition. Games include air hockey, ping-pong, and Pop-A- Shot basketball, as well as cornhole and horseshoes (horseshoes is for outside only). An arcade game has over 300+ classic games. Other highlights include a 50’s style pub height table with stools, remote-controlled led lights (10 colors) surrounding the room, a ski/snowboard rack, couch and coffee table. Don’t forget to take pics in front of our bear mural!
KITCHEN & DINING
Prepare hearty mountain meals in the kitchen, appointed with sleek granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Kitchen is stocked for all your cooking needs including, pots, pans, flatware, silverware, drinking glasses, coffee mugs and bbq utensils. Sip freshly brewed coffee from the Keurig pod coffee maker at the kitchen bar for three.
Gather around the table for six in the dining area.
BED & BATH
The main bedroom boasts a California king bed, a twin sleeper sofa, and 55” Smart TV. The en-suite bath includes a double vanity, a bathtub, and a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom holds a full-sized bed with a twin-size trundle and themed outdoor muraled wall, and the third bedroom has a full-sized bed with a twin trundle with a forest muraled wall. The second upstairs full bath has a tub/shower combination. A half bath downstairs provides added convenience.
